Post his graduation as a Chemical Engineer from BITS PILANI in 1994, Arul Dev discovered his calling to be an Entrepreneur and a Transformational Alchemist. He has been exploring Transformation of Self, Work, Cultures and Collectives since 1994. He co-runs a firm called People First Consultants since 1995 which offers solutions to clients in the areas of People Hiring, People Development, Leadership Coaching, Business Growth, Organizational Development & Culture Integration.
His strength is to co-vision, leading clients to deeper sensing, experience and seeding of vision into daily works. His passion is to inspire clients to focus on culture integration that feels nourishing for all members of organization. In people and team development offerings his facilitation style is experiential, insightful and integrative. His coaching session invokes deeper sensing, sighting of new solutions, harmonization and owned actions.
At a personal level his mission is to share with millions of people subtle process of body-mind-heart transformation. His aspiration is that people across paths discover the alchemical Light, Joy and Love in the very depth of our body’s substance. He periodically offers 3-days retreats called ‘Transform your Self’.
He has completed the Master Certified Leadership Coach (MCLC) program through Coach For Life. He is a Guest Faculty at IIT Madras since 2011 for Self-Awareness and SAHGE (teacher training) courses. He has authored two books ‘The Flame Within’ published by Soulscapes and ‘Into Great Depth of Your Being’ published by AuroPublications.
